How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow for a processing time of up to 4 business days to fulfil your order.

After this time, delivery time will depend on which service you select at the checkout and will rely on the delivery service to be completed.

What are the delivery options?

Shipping is provided by Australia Post. We offer Regular and Express postage which you can choose between at the checkout. 

Please allow for a processing time of up to 4 days prior to shipping.

Regular postage delivers within 10 business days. (depending on location) $10.00 or FREE for orders over $250.00

Express postage delivers within 3-5 business days. (depending on location) $15.00 or FREE for orders over $400.00

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to your nominated email address with a tracking number. Please allow up to 4 business days to receive your tracking number. 

If more than 10 days has elapsed and you have not received a tracking email, please let us know here.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

All of our deliveries require signature at arrival

Can I cancel my order?

Please place your order with care as we cannot cancel your order after it has been processed.

If you have made a mistake or would like to change a size or colour of an item, please email our customer care team here within 1 hour of placing your order.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All pieces sold by Sass & Co have an automatic consumer guarantee that each product is sold without faults, and match their online descriptions. All products have a manufacturer’s warranty that covers any manufacturing faults. We have an extensive, in depth jewellery care section and warranties may be void if these care instructions are not followed correctly. You can read more about product warranty here.

Can you repair broken jewellery pieces?

In most cases, we can repair broken pieces purchased from Sass & Co. To request a repair, please email us here. Please note; repairs will incur return postage fees. If you have jewellery that was not purchased from our store, we offer a repair, cleaning and refurbishment service in store at Sassano’s Jewellers. We are unable to assist with jewellery purchased externally online via Sass & Co.

The product I would like to order is sold out, can I still order it?

If the product you would like to order is out of stock in the colour or size you are after, please follow the "notify me" button on the product page and enter your email address to be notified when the product comes back in to stock.

How do I care for my Sass & Co Jewellery?

Whilst our jewellery is made from high quality precious materials, we always recommend you wear your items carefully and take special care with how you store it. 

We recommend removing any jewellery prior to sleeping, swimming, showering, cleaning and exercising to reduce the risk of breakage, wear and tear or loss. Take extra care to limit the contact your jewellery has with body products such as perfumes and hand sanitiser.
